Returns/Exchange Policy

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, please send the item(s) back to Miami Hoops Gear within 30 days of receipt. In the package, please include a note stating your desired action as well as the original copy of the receipt. Please make note of the tracking number from the package for your reference. If you were sent a damaged or defective item or if we sent you an incorrect item, we can either replace it or issue a refund for any applicable shipping.
Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned for any reason except product defect.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange a product you purchased through Miami Hoops Gear for another product, please send the item back with a note of desired action. If you desire to exchange an item for a more expensive one please include that in your note, as well as the credit card number and expiration date that you would like the remainder of the bill to be charged to. With all exchanges you will be charged for the cost to reship the item to you. A new receipt is provided for all exchanges. Exchanges will only be accepted within 60 days of receipt.

Instructions for Returns/Exchanges to our Online Customer Service Center
Return Authorization is required by Miami Hoops Gear for any returned merchandise.
Please contact our Online Customer Service Center at 786-777-3004 in order to receive
the Return Authorization for your order.
1. Once you have received your Return Authorization, please write it on your original invoice and package securely along with the merchandise that you intend to return. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a Return Authorization included in your invoice.
2. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.

Promotional Items
Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) that was included with the original transaction (e.g., buy a Jersey, receive a free $10 gift card or buy a Jersey, receive a free 8x10 player photo) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
